Welcome to the Westchester County Correction Officer's Benevolent Association website. This website is dedicated to the professional men and women who protect the lives, property, and constitutional rights of those under our care fairly and equitably.
We hope the members of the WCOBA, and the residents of Westchester County, find this website helpful and informative. We want the website to serve as a tool to facilitate an effective means of communication between our valued members and the community we serve.
Our goal as an Association is to ensure that our membership receives the tools it needs to better serve and protect the public, our children, businesses, homes, property, and the dream of a better future for our families.
To help us better serve you and our shared community, please feel free to join our mission by participating in any of our events or donating to our cause.
For generations, the Westchester Corrections Officers Benevolent Association (WCOBA) has reported for duty with one thing in mind: the safety and security of our community. Over 700 active Correction Officers in Westchester County work tirelessly behind the scenes, maintaining order and safeguarding the institutions that house individuals in custody. While we may not always be in the public eye, our commitment to public safety is unwavering. Whether managing the daily challenges within correctional facilities or undergoing continuous training to improve our skills, we are dedicated to keeping our community secure. We proudly represent the correction officers of Westchester County, so they can focus on their critical role of maintaining safety and upholding justice.
